We dined in & the rice was TERRIBLE. Was not cooked enough, had no flavor. Also, only 1 kind of salad dressing. Should be multiple choices. Was very expensive & bad experience!!!

We dined at your establishment on Richmond Road in Williamsburg, VA on the evening on January 20, 2019. Although our food and service was good, it was so cold in there our dining experience was not comfortable. In fact, we ate we our winter coats on. I mentioned this to our waitress and her response was to laugh and say she was hot. I found this to be quite unprofessional.

My wife and I had dinner here and it was the best ever we ever experienced also not expensive at all far from expensive you could try everything on the menu and still stay on a low budget of no more than $100.00

The food is EXCELLENT and is as authentic as it comes. The atmosphere is relaxed and refined at the same time. We always visit Kyoto for special occasions and have NEVER left unhappy. The salad dressing is one of the best I have tasted at any Hibachi, and the sauces they give for your entree are to DIE for. I could stick a straw in the mustard sauce and drink it alone.

Def worth the 45 min drive. It is the ONLY place we will get sushi!

We had a great time. For a party of 17, it's easy to have dinner with 9 kids because of the chef's entertainment.
